Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (contiguous United States): Domestic ground shipping to any of the 48 contiguous United States is built into the price of each original painting. I use FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and the size of the painting/order. All original artwork will be securely packaged, and packaging/handling is provided with your purchase. All shipments are insured for the cost of the painting. I usually ship within 1-2 business days, and shipments typically take 2-5 business days to arrive (depending on carrier/destination). I will let you know when your order has shipped, and provide the carrier and tracking information when available.

NOTE: I cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at check-out. (Paintings don’t fit into PO boxes!)

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico: If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, I can still ship to you! However, due to the distance, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact me directly before placing your order to arrange shipping; I will be able to invoice you with the painting and additional shipping charges added at that time.

International Shipping: I generally cannot ship outside of the United States at this time. If you are located internationally, please reach out directly; I may be able to offer shipping on a case-by-case basis depending on the country. Please contact me directly prior to placing an order, otherwise it won’t be processed.

Return Policy

I have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer (return shipping typically costs $12-$150 depending on the size of the painting and your location). Due to the small size of my art practice, I cannot offer returns after 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact me at Rachel.Ankirskiy.Artist@gmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns: Unfortunately, I cannot offer free shipping for returns/exchanges, due to the difficulty and high cost of shipping works of art safely. However, I will work with you to select the best return shipping option (that is safe for the artwork) at the lowest price. Shipping typically costs between $12 - $150 depending on your location and the size of the painting.

Exchanges: At this time, the best way for you to exchange an item is to request a return, return the item, and then order your replacement item.

Damaged Items or Other Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and do my best to make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or commissioned artwork.

Refunds: Once I have received and inspected your return, I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (usually up to 7 days for most banks).
